FIRST MEETING OF THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE FIS

     On the 21st of September, 2009 the 1st Meeting of the Organizing Committee of FIS World Cup Cross Country supervised by Yaroslavl region Governor Sergey Vahrukov, involving Deputy Chairman of Committee, General Director of Scientific Industrial Organization “Saturn”  Yuri Lastochkin, Vice President of Russian Olympic Committee, President of Russian Cross Country Ski Federation Vladimir Loginov was held.

     Yaroslavl region Governor Sergey Vakhrukov noted the value of WC “Demino-2010” not only for our region but also for Russia.

     Vice President of Russian Olympic Committee, President of Russian Cross Country Ski Federation Vladimir Loginov and General Director of SSC “Demino” Andrei Galkin presented their reports.

     Vladimir Loginov told the Committee about some new points in FIS rules, and requests from FIS managers and representatives of National teams to organizers of WC “Demino-2010”.

     Vladimir Loginov confirmed delegation of FIS rights for realization of WC to SSC “Demino” in seasons 2009-2010, 2010-2011, and 2011-2012.

     Andrei Galkin told the present about the stages of preparation of SSC “Demino” to the brightest and the most important event in Yaroslavl region sport life – WC “Demino - 2010”.
