Excellent 3,7 km long roller-ski courses have FIS homologation certificates and satisfy the requirements of fire safety and relief complexity.
Along the Volga River and its feeder Koloksha a 12 km long recovery racing course is laid. Fine 3 km and 5 km simulation laps have been a training ground for children from a famous sport school № 4 of Rybinsk as well as for athletes from Russian National cross-country, triathlon, archery-biathlon, and short track teams for many years.
For special and physical training there is a modern covered training area loved by the members of the Russian national cross-country team.
