The Organizing Committee has the pleasure of inviting you to the FIS World Cup Cross Country which will take place on 04.02 - 05.02 2012 in Ski Sport Center “Demino” (Russia, Yaroslavl Region, Rybinsk Municipal District).
The VIP Stands are reserved for you.
The numbered VIP voucher will be sent to your mail addresses by the Organizing Committee. You are welcome to exchange the VIP voucher to the VIP ticket directly in the Accreditation Center which is located in Demino, Reception Office.
If you need any help in hotel reservation and transfer “airport – hotel – airport”, please contact the Organizing Committee.
For your comfort the Organizing Committee will reserve a charter flight from Munich to Yaroslavl Tunoshna Airport and back.
Free transport service will be offered during your stay in Rybinsk, including transfer services from the place of accommodation to the stadium and back, as well as from/to Yaroslavl airport (to charter flights) and Moscow.

Visa support is provided by the Russian Cross Country Ski Federation.
Visa application form should contain the following information:
Surname, name; date of birth; high quality scan-copy of the passport page with the photo; dates of issue and validity of passport***, address, telephone/ fax of VIP guest; information about the place ( town) of visa issuance.
*** In accordance with the Regulations of Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs the date of validity of the passport is to be not less than 6 month since the last day of the visit to Russia.
